EAGLE ENGINES Northern California's only state-of-the-art machine shop specializes in
aircraft engines, propellers and governors.
The machine shop features inspections, cleaning, overhauling of individual components,
cylinder flow matching and much more. The facility an approved FAA repair station and
provides certification data when applicable.
EAGLE ENGINES also offers complete NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspections by
certified Level II / III inspectors.

Crankshaft - Clean, inspect (dimensional/magnaflux/ultrasonic) re-bush
and polish
Crankcase - Clean and inspect (Zyglo, dye-penetrant)
Connecting Rods - Clean, inspect (magnaflux,) check alignment and
re-bush
Rocker Arms - Clean, inspect (magnaflux,) re-bush and re-face
Counterweights - Clean, inspect (magnaflux,) re-bush and balance check
Gears / Misc. Parts - Clean and inspect (magnaflux and visual)
Cylinder - Inspection, repair or complete overhaul (cylinder flow
matching also available)
